About

Narrabri Fish Farm commenced operations in December 2011 when Rick and Sharmaine Cunningham saw potential in an already established fish farm that had been running for over 15 years.

Narrabri Fish Farm is located across 200 acres and has 100 developed ponds, 2 hatcheries, a BBQ area and a large Murray Cod made out of recycled materials. Narrabri Fish Farm harvests around 300,000 native fingerlings each year made up of Murray Cod, Golden Perch, Silver Perch and Eel-Tailed Catfish. The farm also produces blue claw yabbies and this is all available for you to see. Daily tours are held at 10.30am or fishing and yabbying tours can be booked.

Narrabri Fish Farm attends trade shows yearly like Primex, Tocal Field Days and Ag Quip to make it convenient for you to pick up your own fish and yabbies and to answer any of your questions.

The farm has an accreditation by the DPI dollar for dollar stocking program and so far has released over 250,000 fingerling into the local river systems.
